Living and working (really playing) as a Team Beachbody Coach is one of the best decisions I've ever made, other than marrying my loving husband, Bruce, and raising our three incredible children to adulthood.
As we're enjoying summer activities in this time between our two powerful patriotic holidays, Memorial Day and Fourth of July, we're also appreciative of the dedication and sacrifices of our military forces and those civilians who also sacrifice personally in order to keep our military forces strong. Our brother-in-law, Bill Crowell, who is in a civilian support role for the military, recently left his family for the summer and deployed to Afghanistan.
Circling back to Team Beachbody, there are two points to this post.
First, over Memorial Day, we had a national coach call with U.S. Army Captain Mike Mullaly, who is serving in Iraq. Mike is successfully growing his Team Beachbody business while deployed with the help of his wife, who is holding down the home fort stateside. Here's the audio link to Mike's inspiring story.

As a further testament to Beachbody's support of our military forces, one of the exciting announcements from the recent 2011 Summit is that anyone in the active military can become a Team Beachbody coach and the company will waive the $39.95 Business Starter Kit fee and monthly Business Service Fees for the entire time they are active in the military.
